Your privacy is a priority
At 7.TV, LLC, we know that your privacy is important to you. It's important to us, too. That's why we want you to know about the personal information we collect, how we use that information and with whom it may be shared. This Privacy Policy applies to www.7.TV and to all products, services and websites offered by 7.TV.

Collecting Information
7.TV collects two types of information; "Personal" information and "Profile" information.

"Personal" information is gathered during the registration process and provides us with information so that you can be verified for prizes, and so you can be contacted in the event you have won prizes on 7.TV, or if you have instructed us to provide you with an opt-in promotional offer. You are asked from time to time to update your Personal information to insure it is accurate. We'll never share Personal information with third parties interested in e-mailing, direct mailing, or calling you, or sending you promotional offer e-mails, without your consent.

We also collect Profile information, which includes demographic information, opinions, usage behavior, and game, order form and poll responses.

Here's the information we gather:

When you register for a CRĀV^® ID, we ask for certain basic information including a password and TV display name to protect your privacy. We also ask certain research questions so we can track the demographic profile of our users and create content that appeals to our users and our advertisers. We use the research to provide reports to our advertisers on the types of demographic groups using the site, but do not share any personally identifiable information with any third party without your consent.
We also keep track of our users' website usage habits, traffic patterns and related site usage inside our website to help shape our recommendations about our website, merchandise, manage promotions, and improve our web page and site design.
We may retain email communications sent by you to process your requests and improve our services.

Choices for Personal and Profile Information
Unless we obtain your prior consent, we will not collect or use Personal information for any purposes other than those outlined in this policy. No personally-identifiable information (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) is collected from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily, as a condition of registering to play 7.TV games and compete for 7.TV prizes. People who request information from 7.TV are added to our database.

With whom is information shared?
Unless otherwise noted herein, 7.TV does not share Personal information with anyone outside of the prize, Offer and order fulfillment process, without prior consent. We may, however, release specific Personal information to the proper persons when we believe, in good faith, that it is necessary to: a) comply with a law or legal process, b) protect the rights, property or safety of 7.TV or other persons or entities, c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

Why your information is secure.
Once we receive your Personal information during the Registration process, this data is stored in a secure server. In the event that you are a prize winner, or have asked us to forward information or promotional materials to your Screen Name, we use a patented process to cross reference your Screen Name with your Personal Information so we can ship your prize or promotional materials to you. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection system and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access. We take steps to securely store personal information that is submitted to 7.TV via the web site. Please know that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Accessing and updating personal information
7.TV makes good faith efforts to provide access to your personal information and to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete it at your request, providing the data is not required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. 7.TV may decline to process requests that jeopardize the privacy of others or are extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes).

Deal Locker Offers
In instances where you have requested information relative to a product or Offer advertised on 7.TV (such as by affirmatively responding to the related "Ad Survey" Offer query, or by clicking on an ad banner), 7.TV may forward your most recently updated Personal Information to a related company, ResponDynamics, LLC ("RD.") RD hosts the "Deal Locker" section of the 7.TV website. When you affirm your interest in an Offer, RD may utilize your information for the purposes of pre-populating an Offer order form. Until which time you elect to submit an Offer for review by the related third party advertiser, your Personal Information is NOT submitted to said third parties; your consent is provided by clicking "Submit." Should you elect to delete all Offers within your Deal Locker, RD will delete your Personal Information from its records.

Outside Sponsors
In some instances, Offers are made on our site by advertisers denoted as "Outside Sponsors." In instances where you have requested information relative to a product offer advertised on 7.TV by an Outside Sponsor (such as by affirmatively responding to the related "Ad Survey" Offer query, or by clicking on an ad banner), RD will place the words "Outside Sponsor" in front of the description of the Offer, within the Deal Locker. When you affirm your interest in obtaining more information concerning an Outside Sponsor Offer, by clicking on the Offer from within the Deal Locker, RD may forward your Personal Information to the Outside Sponsor for the purposes of pre-populating an Offer order form within a new window, which will hosted by the Outside Sponsor. You will then be governed by the Outside Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which will be available for review within the Outside Sponsor's site. Generally, Outside Sponsors are not authorized to utilize your Personal Information unless you subsequently accept their privacy Policy or accepted their offer by clicking "Submit," but please review the Outside Sponsor's Privacy Policy as this will be the final determination. Should you elect to delete an offer, or not complete an Offer order form within the Outside Sponsor's site, the Outside Sponsor should not retain your Personal Information.

How to delete your contact information

If you have submitted personally identifiable information to us and would like that information deleted from our records, please send an email to: info@7.TV. We will use reasonable efforts to delete this information from our files; your registration and CRĀV ID will be invalidated thereafter. To protect against false registration and compromising of our gaming engine, 7.TV reserves the right to limit registrations to users on a one-time-only basis.

Tracking Sessions

7.TV uses cookies for the purpose of establishing user sessions. 7.TV does not use cookies for the collection of personal information of any kind.

E-Mail Addresses
We never rent or sell your name and e-mail address to other marketers.

Mailing Lists
7.TV may add your address to our postal and email mailing list to let you know about 7.TV product availability and promotions. You have the option of removing your contact information from our mailing list by emailing us at info@7.TV or writing to 7.TV, LLC, 724 2nd Avenue South, St. Petersburg FL 33701, USA.

External Sites
7.TV may place advertisements or other promotional offers from select companies on our website or in our emails. These businesses, such as Outside Sponsors, generally operate independently from 7.TV. Any personal information that is given to them by you is at your option and is no longer controlled by our privacy policy. We encourage you to read these businesses' privacy policies, if you should have any concerns about how they will care for your personal data.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
7.TV is a website directed to the general public. We do not knowingly collect information from people under the age of 18.

Consent
By using 7.TV and providing us with your personal information, you are accepting the privacy practices described in this policy statement.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Please check back here periodically. You will always find the latest version posted here. Updates to our Privacy Policy that would affect how we treat your Personal information will not apply to information collected before we made the update, unless we first obtain your consent. Each version of this Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date, and we will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review. Please note that because a customer information database is customarily considered a business asset, 7.TV shall have the right to transfer it in a merger or sale of some or all of its company or in an action for bankruptcy. Your information will continue to be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy by the acquiring or merged company unless you are notified and provided an opportunity to opt out of any changes.

Enforcement
7.TV regularly reviews its compliance with its Privacy Policy. If we receive written complaints, we will contact the writer about his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate authorities to resolve complaints about the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between 7.TV and an individual.

Your California Privacy Rights
Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of 7.TV, LLC who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information for direct marketing purposes.
